AFROCONTEMPORARY OPEN
Wednesdays at 17.30 - 19:00
Afro dances are distinguished by movements connected to the earth, relaxation of the body, use of central body parts, and energetic emotional responses. Join us for a fun cultural journey through high-energy, rhythmic body movements.
You do not need any prior knowledge of African dance.
During the class, I create routines that incorporate African drumming music and modern African music. Individuals are encouraged to follow along at their own pace in order to gain a better understanding of the technical moves associated with various dances.
AFROBEATS COURSE
Thursdays at 17.30 - 19:00
Afrobeats music, which is derived from and combines many musical genres, has a direct influence on Afrobeats dance.
Afrobeats dance originated from popular African street dances such as amapiano, afrobeat, Kuduro, Azonto, Soukous, and others.
In this course, students will learn old and new dance moves from all the dance styles mentioned above. From slow pace to fast, I will help each student to get comfortable with dancing the steps.

Beginners are most welcome!
